Hello, I’m Bethany!

Experience

With over a decade of experience as a photographer, I, Bethany Pendleton, have honed my expertise in capturing the essence of military personnel, seniors, and weddings. My commitment to delivering compelling and timeless images is grounded in a passion for preserving pivotal moments with precision and artistry.

My approach is characterized by a keen eye for detail and an understanding of the unique narratives behind each subject. Whether commemorating a milestone, celebrating a union, or honoring service, I strive to create photographs that are both meaningful and memorable, reflecting the true spirit of every occasion.

Style of Photography

I would categorize my style as coastal true to life, bright, and timeless photography that captures moments authentically with natural colors and balanced lighting. It emphasizes clarity and a classic aesthetic, ensuring images remain relevant and evocative over time. This style aims to preserve memories faithfully while highlighting the beauty of everyday moments. While I may experiment from time to time, I have always loved the classic photos that can go from one generation to another.

Goals for Clients

I want to provide the best experience possible. This starts from when you get in contact with me till the day of your session and beyond. A clients experience is important to me and I strive to provide the best experience for you. I follow up and keep in contact with past clients. I give my all! I want your experience to be the best that it can be to make sure your needs align with my artistic vision.

“I hate having my photo taken. But as I began to assemble images for this show, I was inspired by the courage of my subjects. I decided it wasn’t fair of me to ask for their vulnerability without confronting my own. It’s one of the most terrifying things we all do—allow people to see us without all our protective layers.”
